Coloring with Color Words
My students have become such great little artists. I started designing simple color words sheets, not just to teach them how to use the resources in the room and decode color words, but to color at a "level 3"-using colors that make sense, staying in the lines, and coloring over all the white space. They take pride in their work and produce beautiful coloring. I am working on a packet of more pages that are geared toward younger students. A lot of what I was fining online wasn't as simple as I was needing for my kids to complete independently.
