I use this simple writing center for early finishers at literacy groups. Kids love stickers and the circular sticker packs are relatively inexpensive. I have the kids sign their initials on a sign in sheet each week to make sure they don't go too crazy and do four every day! When I first rolled it out, I thought an example and talking about it was enough. My kindergartners didn't understand how to just write describing words with the noun and tried to squeeze in a whole sentence. To help, we made an anchor chart of simple describing word categories like size, taste, feel, etc. It's one of their favorite writing centers. Get the sticker writing sheet free on my TpT store here.
